Getting Started with your Tablet PC.

 

Workshops as scheduled

 

Faculty at Nashoba will be provided with a tablet PCs in order to effectively integrate technology into the classroom in order to meet the needs of all students.  A projector initiative will be implmenet this summer.

 

A projected Tablets Piolt for students may take place next fall, contingent on our grant.

 

Course Summary

Everything you need to know to get started with your Tablet, plus tips and tricks to using the tablet as much more than just a laptop.

 

Learn to use your tablet to its fullest potential from the start by exploring the many ways that the tablet function can make your work on the computer and with students more interactive, personalizable, and productive.

2. The pen and how to use it

3. Pen and Ink annotations

4. Transforming ink to type

5. OneNote and Windows Journal

6. Voice recording and sound editing

7. Installing software and managing your tablet

8. Advanced settings, including power management, screen savers, desktop, etc.

9. How to lock and unlock your computer.
