Installation Tips 

1. Please ensure that you uninstall the old beta software first or any other Notebook version you currently have loaded.  There are two items to uninstall: (1) Notebook software and (2) the SMART Board drivers
2. Download and install Service Pack 3 of Senteo(tm) interactive response system software (on public website) note - installs Smart Essentials for Educators
3. Restart your computer
4. Download and install Notebook software version 10
5. Download and install SMART Board drivers for version 10
6. Restart your computer
